Thank you for the three replies to our letter of January 2003 containing our seriously expressed concerns against the approval for the funding 'Phase 2' of a development on the Pepys estate, Deptford, London, SE8, and as to whether it would be a wise spending of public funds and represent best value for money.

We have maintained a detailed factfile on this issue and would welcome an opportunity to present this to yourselves as well as the Government Office for London.
