Can I then take it that this will remain your Statement of Case ?
According to the schedule the Public Enquiry should normally be held within
22 weeks of the relevant date, which would be up to the 16th November
2004.
However, each statutory objector must be given at least 42 days notice
of the date, time and place of the enquiry. Which would be before the
28th September 2004.
Could you advise on the proposed schedule that you will be adopting ?
